Chevy
was imported from USA at 9 months of age after being
Owner handled at the AMCA National Speciality Show,
6-9 mth Puppy Bitch Class 13 entries, Chevy takes
2nd place.
She
then took the ring by storm in Australia winning
BOB and Junior in Group first show out.
Multi
in Group and Group 2 winner and Titled in 8 shows

Chevy's
first litter produced 7 puppies and 2 are in the
show ring, 2 Champions BIS / RUBIS Ch Koolrunnings
Ride the Wave ( Slater) and working champion Ch Koolrunnings
Destiny WTD ( Beyonce)
Chevy
is back showing and in September 2004 Chevy's return
she was awarded Intermediate in Show at the
Alaskan
Malamute Club of Victoria Speciality.
February
2005, Chevy is awarded Bitch Challenge and Runner
Up Best of Breed at the Canberra Royal Show.
Chevy
finished 2005 as the No. 1 Bitch and No. 2 Alaskan
Malamute behind her brother CLANCY in the
Alaskan
Malamute Club of NSW Pointscore |

2006
has taken Chevy out of the show ring to be a Mum
once again, 2 years after her first litter Chevy
was bred to her nephew Deago, a line breeding on
Clancy. This litter gave us 9 puppies, 3 of which
are in the show ring. Koolrunnings Th Rise N Sun "Phoenix" is
being shown by Dave Fraser and Lisa Johnson in New
Zealand; Koolrunnings Splash Ov Ice "Vanity" is
living in Sydney with her doggy Daddy Deago and human
Daddy Charles Gauci and Koolrunnings Diablo, living
and being shown in Canberra with Michael and Christina.
This litter has proven Chevy's brood bitch abilities
beyond belief so we bred her again to Frozen Semen
from Am Ch Glenhaven Mostly Mozart and got 5 puppies.
Koolrunnings Melody and Koolrunnings Frozen Asset
will continue this line. .
At
5.5years old, Clancy's sister Chevy has been bred
for her final litter to frozen semen from dual sires
(see puppy page) and is now fully retired. Thanks
for your amazing contribution to our kennel. |
